V510i Advanced 3D Optical Inspection (AOI) DST

The V510i DST AOI redefines dual-sided assembly inspection with its versatile capability on various applications with true 3D measurement for SMT and pre/post-THT wave soldering and selective soldering processes, pin inspections, Final Inspection, and even Conformal Coating inspection. The V510i DST AOI is configurable with a side camera for full 3D inspection on both top and bottom sides, ensuring maximum defect detection coverage. Its ability to inspect components up to 100mm in height with high accuracy inspection capability sets a new benchmark in the industry.

Powered by AI-driven programming and analysis, the V510i DST AOI simplifies operation and enhances inspection efficiency across SMT, Pin, PTH, and Final Inspection applications. Its dual-sided vision system allows high speed and simultaneous top and bottom inspection that significantly reduces cost, eliminating the need for a separate AOI machine and flipper for secondary side assembly inspection.

Furthermore, ViTrox stands apart from conventional AOI systems with its dual-PC architecture, delivering full processing capabilities for 2D and 3D inspections and surpassing conventional top-bottom AOI systems that rely on a single IPC.

The V510i DST AOI is further enhanced with a centralized control tower, allowing real-time machine performance tracking and remote program fine-tuning to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
