The Camalot 5000 from PPM is a high-speed Adhesive or Solder Paste Dispenser for applications involving large boards or multi-up panels. It has a dispensing area of 450 x 450 mm and the dispenser nozzle moves at a speed of about 250mm/s or 10 IPS. The ALPHA WS-699CPS from MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is a Water-Soluble Fine Pitch Solder Paste. It is RoHS-compatible and has a chemical composition of an alloy of Tin, Silver, and Copper (SnAgCu) that comprise about 0.89% of the total solder paste composition. The composition of the alloy is Sn (96.5%), Ag (3%), and Cu (0.5%), and has an average melting temperature range from 217 to 220°C. It is capable of 50 µm aperture printing performance with low voiding and excellent soldering and residue cleaning performance, and can be packaged in the form of a Cartridge, and Jar.
