Solder Paste from FCT Solder

The AMP One from FCT Solder is a Lead-Free, No-Clean Solder Paste that can be coupled with solder alloys like SAC305, Sn/Ag 3.5%, SN100C, SN100CV, LF-C2, and anti-tombstoning mixtures. It provides highly reliable solder joints for harsh temperatures when coupled with SN100CV or LF-C2 alloys. This solder paste supports bead sizes of 1.0 to 2.5 cm and a print speed of 20 to 200 mm/s.

The R-579Y from Panasonic is a Multilayer PCB Laminate Material that is designed to have ultra-low transmission loss and be highly heat-resistant. It has a glass transition temperature of 220°C and a thermal decomposition temperature of 370°C. This laminate material has a CTE ranging from 17 to 20 ppm/°C for the X & Y axis and 50 ppm/°C for the Z-axis as per IPC-TM-650 2.4.24 specifications.

The EO-B-006B from Emil Otto is a No-Clean Alcohol-Based Solder Flux that is based on dicarboxylic acids. It has 3.0 % solid content and is resin/rosin & halogenide-free, complying with WEEE/RoHS standards. This flux has good wetting & capillarity properties, a broad process window with high thermal stability, and does not leave any stains or sticky residues resulting in a clean surface after the process.
