Mega Plus PCB, provides flexible circuit, rigid PCB, PCB assembly, and custom printed circuit board manufacturing services for a range of industrial and electronic applications, provides ceramic PCB manufacturing services covering thick film, thin film, Direct Plated Copper (DPC), Direct Bonding Copper (DBC), Active Metal Brazed (AMB), Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC), and High-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (HTCC) technologies for applications requiring thermal management, electrical insulation, and high-power performance.
The company’s ceramic PCB capabilities support a range of technology platforms with operating temperatures from -50°C to 500°C. Thick film ceramic PCBs support up to 10 layers, conductor thicknesses from 5µm to 13µm, and line spacing and widths of 6/8 mil. Thin film ceramic PCBs support up to 10 layers with conductor thicknesses from 1µm to 3µm and 20µm/20µm circuit resolution for high-frequency and miniaturized applications.
Mega Plus PCB also manufactures Direct Plated Copper (DPC) PCBs with up to two layers, conductor thicknesses from 2µm to 200µm, and 3/3 mil line spacing and widths. Direct Bonding Copper (DBC) PCBs support up to two layers with copper thicknesses from 3.9 oz to 8.6 oz and are designed for applications requiring high current-carrying capacity and thermal conductivity.
Additional ceramic PCB technologies include AMB ceramic PCBs and LTCC PCBs, both supporting up to two layers and operating temperatures from -40°C to 300°C. HTCC PCBs support multilayer structures ranging from six to 30 layers, conductor thicknesses from 2µm to 12µm, and fine-feature circuitry for applications operating in demanding environments.
The company manufactures single-layer ceramic PCBs for LED arrays, power modules, and thermal management applications, as well as multilayer ceramic PCBs for compact, high-density circuit designs. Its portfolio also includes thick film, thin film, hybrid ceramic PCBs, alumina (Al2O3), aluminum nitride (AlN), beryllium oxide (BeO), silicon carbide (SiC), and LTCC-based ceramic PCB solutions.
Mega Plus PCB’s ceramic PCB manufacturing process includes material selection and stackup engineering, imaging and metallization, laser or mechanical drilling and routing, plating and circuit formation, firing and sintering, and testing and quality validation. Testing procedures include electrical testing, thermal resistance measurements, automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, and reliability evaluations.

The company supports ceramic PCB applications across aerospace and defense, medical, automotive and electric vehicles, LED lighting, industrial power and automation, telecommunications and RF/microwave systems, and renewable energy and power electronics. These applications require ceramic circuit boards capable of operating under elevated temperatures, high current loads, thermal cycling conditions, and high-frequency signal environments.
