Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment from MEK Americas LLC

The i22XDA-300 from MEK Americas LLC can inspect PCBs of size 320 x 300 mm. It features a 5-megapixel camera with a 36 x 30 mm (FOV) and an image resolution of 15 µm. The top clearance for the camera is 40 mm, and an inspection speed of 600 mm/s. This AOI can use three different types of lighting settings including DL type Lighting or ML type Lighting/UV type Lighting/White Lighting. The relative humidity in the machine can be set in a range of 20 - 90% RH.

Selective Soldering Equipment for PCB Dimension up to 660 x 711 mm

The VECTOR 600 by Hentec Industries accommodates PCB sizes from 25 x 25 mm to 660 x 711 mm. It has a 15.9kg solder pot, and 1-liter flux tank, and reaches 400°C in 60 minutes using PID control. The conveyor moves PCBs at 0.127 m/sec in a 609 x 609 mm soldering area. The spray fluxer's diameter ranges from 6 to 20 mm, and the solder wave height can reach 6 mm. N2 gas, used for solder heating, is exhausted via a nozzle of 1.5 to 20 mm diameter at 5.5 bar pressure.
