HDCT Station

The HDCT Station from JBC Soldering SL is a Solder Pot. It has a 40 x 40 mm cartridge and also supports an 18 x 15 mm cartridge. This solder pot is equipped with a residue tray and protective screen to prevent accidental tipping and improve safety. It enables the connection of the handle to the control unit directly and has an HDE heavy-duty control unit with a new power supply (SMPS) ensuring exceptional efficiency and performance for soldering applications that require a large amount of heat. This solder pot has a selectable temperature of 90-500 °C (190-932 °F) and complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 specifications. It requires a DC supply of 42 V and consumes 250 W of power. This solder pot can be controlled via a USB interface. This solder pot is available in a package that measures 450 x 345 x 243 mm and is ideal for tinning wires and soldering/desoldering through-hole multipin components.
