BA392P2-V

The BA392P2-V from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Pick and Place Machine for components measuring from 0.4 x 0.2 mm to 150 x 100 mm. It has up to 160 tape feeders (8 mm) which are designed for efficient and precise component placement on printed circuit boards. This machine comes with 2 heads (Vision on the Fly) capable of 360° rotations that use vision detection to handle various components of varied sizes. It has an IC tray with a capacity of up to 4 waffle trays and with a placement area of 600 x 330 mm (without conveyor, with one waffle tray). With a placement accuracy of ±0.03 mm, this pick and place equipment has a placement rate of up to 6400 cph. It uses COGNEX Alignment System "Vision on the Fly" and Bottom Vision Camera to ensure precise placement and Automatic Reference Point Recognition, Conveyor System, Vision Inspection, Universal CAD Conversion, and Barcode Reader for Feeder setup.

This machine features intelligent feeders in common sizes, accommodating components from 01005 to 100x150 mm with a height of up to 15mm, spanning various formats including tapes, tubes, cut tapes, loose components, and trays. It is ideally suited for medium to large volume production, offering high accuracy and flexibility from 01005 up to 0.3 mm fine pitch. The machine has X-Y direction ballscrews and AC-servo motors in X/Y/Z. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1185 x 1190 x 1350 mm.
