Mass production is managed by LeitOn's subsidiary in China, which employs around 20 team members, including quality managers, project managers, logistics staff, assembly technicians, and quality inspectors. With a direct presence in the Chinese market, the local team ensures that German quality standards and packing requirements are consistently met. Personal relationships with suppliers, along with the support of Chinese technicians, engineers, and even a local doctor, help maintain strong "guangxi" (the Chinese concept of relationships).
